Each buyer sets Functrix up for its own supplier relationships. Parsecra builds it and is the company a buyer contracts with. Licensed partners, such as lenders, deposit-takers and insurers, hold any financial risk.
This page describes how Functrix is designed to work. It is not a certification, and it does not say that any lender, insurer or customer has agreed to take part.
Functrix has three parts.

Licensed partners can offer credit, savings or insurance to a buyer's suppliers. The partner, not Parsecra, holds the risk and collects any repayment.

Suppliers and groups of suppliers build a track record of their dealings, which a buyer can use in setting terms, quality standards or incentives.

What Parsecra does not do
- Run any organisation's business or approve its decisions.
- Decide credit, insurance or compliance for anyone.
- Lend, insure, hold or move funds, or collect repayment.
- Guarantee a partner's performance or any outcome.
Each organisation remains responsible for its own regulatory obligations and decides how its own records and personal data are used. Parsecra supplies the tools.
Start from the relationship you already have.
A buyer that pays many small suppliers on a regular cycle usually already has the records and the payment flow. Parsecra builds on the records. The payment flow stays with the buyer and its partners.
